Additional Information

• Infants from 1 to 5 years old and Minors with a height of up to 1.20m /47.24in /3.93ft will undergo the Dolphin Encounter behavior experience and must be accompanied by 2 paid adults.
• Children from 6 to 12 years old with a height greater than 1.21m /47.63in /3.96ft and a height less than 1.40m /55.11in /4.59ft can take the experience accompanied by 1 paid adult.
• Children 13 years of age and older with a height greater than 1.40m /55.11in /4.59ft must pay their ticket as an adult and will be able to swim alone.
• The minimum age to participate in Challenge, Zip Lines and Climbing Wall activities is 5 years old.
• Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied by a paid adult over 18 years of age. Infants swim for free accompanied by 2 paid adults. Children over 10 years old may participate alone by paying the adult price. Children under 8 years old will only carry out Hand Target and Hand Greeting activities.
• In Vallarta, groups have a maximum of 12 people.
• The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs.
• Rates and schedules may vary depending on the dates selected.
• To participate in extreme activities, the following requirements must be met:
• The ages are 5 years and older as long as they have the harness left.
• Minimum weight 40 kg and Maximum 105 kg.
• Pregnant women are not allowed.
• Pregnant women or people with heart, pressure, respiratory problems, epilepsy, diabetes and acrophobia are not allowed to participate.
• IMPORTANT: At the moment we are NOT receiving dollars in cash at our location, we are only receiving pesos in cash and payment by credit or debit card with a charge in pesos and dollars.
• For safety reasons, the use of cameras in water is not permitted, professional photographs will be available for sale.
• For companions, Parque Aquaventuras costs $349 MXN per adult and $249 MXN per child between 4-11 years of age.
• Locker service with an extra cost of $40 MXN.
• Food and drink access to the park is not allowed

Recommendations

• For safety reasons, women 5 months or older pregnant are not allowed to participate in any of our water activities. Only in the Dolphin Encounter experience can women with a pregnancy of less than 5 months participate only if they are accompanied by another adult, and once they have signed the responsibility form.
• It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your experience, remember that before your swim with Dolphins you will receive an orientation.
• If you have any physical or health problems, please contact our call center before making your reservation to provide you with all the information about our services.
• Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to care for your skin, the environment and marine species.
• We recommend bringing towels and cash for taxis, shopping, meals and souvenirs.
